Trailing Arm Conversion for TR4A-6. An efficient combination of sealed ball bearings and stainless steel spigots that utilize the existing pickups and trailing arm bolts. This modification is recommended for race use only and is a major step forward in the road holding and stability on all IRS cars. The ride for road use is firm but not unpleasant. The nearest to live axle performance yet achieved by us. Return your trailing arms and the conversion is done by us and set up to your trailing arms. Provision for lubrication provided. (Exchange only)

Trailing Arm Bush Kit in polymer for TR4A,250,5 & 6. A significant improvement from the original soft rubber bushes. This set comes with stainless steel inner sleeves and is a straight push in replacement for the existing bushes. The traditional ‘wayward back end’ feeling is much reduced by using this polymer bush set.

Competition Rear Leaf Spring for TR2 to TR4. Modified with twin main full length leaf and uprated by approx. 20%. AXL403 (stamped RCT 1) is 1" (25mm) lower than standard and AXL404 (stamped RCT 2) is 2" (51mm) lower. Will accept Racetorations rear end location kits and front spring eye bush has already been modified to accept the stainless steel containment washers.

Alloy & Telescopic Rear IRS Kit for TR4A to TR6. A lightweight bolt-on kit comprising brackets and adjustable shock absorbers that requires no drilling of the bodywork. Picks up from the original shock absorber mountings and maintains a chassis based location. Can be fitted within an hour without special tools. The best all round option yet provided. A significant improvement in road holding and rear end stability.

Fully adjustable TR2-6 top wishbones. Kit includes, rose jointed top wishbone arms, fixing bolts, new top fulcrum pins gold anodised, s/steel spacers, top ball joints. TR2/3 will have to convert to 3 degree trunnions which can be supplied but are not included in the price/kit. This kit allows adjustment to any camber on either side and is capable of making adjustments of each individual top wishbone arm of + or -0.75". Top arms are exchange items with £100 surcharge. (On TR2-3A original wishbones can be retained by arrangement with special order and price)

Watts Linkage Kit. TR2,3 & 4. Comprises alloy differential cover, central pivot on steel plate with spacers, two adjustable rose jointed link tubes, two fixing brackets to chassis. Brackets require welding in position to chassis. This kit also requires adequate clearance for the linkage pivot which is bolted to the rear of the differential. In the TR2/3 the spare wheel well may require modification and in the TR4, the front of the lower boot floor. Approx. extra clearance = 1"/25mm

Rear Shock Absorber Links. Threaded stainless steel hexagon bar. L/H and R/H threads for accurate easy length adjustment. Rose jointed at each end with stainless steel taper pins for snug fit into lever arm and leaf spring shackle. Will not degrade with competition or trackday use. Adds stability and sharpens up shock absorber response to leaf spring deflection.

Rear Axle Spring Location Kit. Suits all live axle TRs. Prevents majority of sideways movement on leaf springs which reduces the 'twitchyness' associated with spirited driving. General improvement in lateral stability Easy to fit but front spring eye bolt requires to be partially withdrawn to fit new front spring eye bushes.

Uprated/Competition Armstrong Lever Arms TR2-4 Fully rebuilt by Racetorations. This entails a complete strip down, fitting effective oil seals, resetting valves, new gaskets, bronze bushing of both sides of casing and machined recovery of both rocker shafts. Testing and painting black/silver. The re-con units last for many years and are extremely effective shock absorbers. Warning, new aftermarket copies are poorly engineered and we do not even accept them as exchange units. As can be seen from the picture, units are individually marked for the owner and quality tracked. Exchange only.

Adjustable Trailing Arm Brackets Threaded individual adjustment for inboard and outboard trailing arm attachments. These brackets obviate the use of the original notched brackets to make easy adjustment to rear camber or to dial out LH to RH side Chassis/body unequal overhang.

Double Acting Telescopic Gas Shock Absorbers. Developed for fast road TR2 to TR6 where it is common for single acting standard shock absorbers to be overcome with high speed shock inputs. The double acting type control suspension travel on bump and rebound even in the most extreme conditions. Are compatible with our rebuilt TR2-4 lever arms. See AXL410. Front and rear TR2-6 as applicable.

Yellow: Track day to full competition rear shock, works best with added lateral control of roller bearing trailing arms. Well damped on bump and rebound. Will suit lowered cars. 7” wide wheel possible maximum in conjuction with Racetorations alloy tele. Conversion kit.

Uprated Coil Springs. Racetorations front and rear uprated coil springs are 420lb front and 550lb rear. Will lower TR up to approximately 1.25” if required. Can be used for fast road or competition.
