Competition design giving greatly increased flow through the head and cylinder block. Completely redesigned interior with reliable high quality bearing and push on alloy pulley that much improves over the old woodruff key type. Multiblade alloy impellor for high output circulation. Weights: Pump 0.7kgs(1.6lbs), Pulley (separate item) 0.3kgs(0.6lbs), Housing (separate item) 0.9kgs(2lbs), Total for complete conversion 2kgs(4.4lbs) against original equipment 5kgs(11lbs). Cast Iron Water Pump TR2,3,4,4A c/w multiblade impellor. Superior internal design adding significant reliability to the bearing and seals. Also the upgraded cast impellor will improve flow and improve cooling efficiency. Press on Cast Iron or Alloy pulley will be required. Pressure tested to 15 psig before despatch.

Fitted with the Racetorations alloy water pump and alloy impellor combination achieves a considerable weight saving at the front of the engine (see TEN303).

Alloy Header Tank TR4 and TR4A RHD. Sits neatly on the LH bulkhead. 1.5 litre additional head of water with easy access to filling/toping up. Particularly valuable in conjunction with modified engines. Supplied with adaptors, hose clips, silicone hoses and four stainless steel button screw fixings for tank legs to bulkhead. Bulkhead requires 4 x 5mm (3/16”) fix holes to be drilled otherwise fitting is straight forward.
